Nantucket Project Manager

Job Summary:

Full time position responsible for overseeing flooring installation and refinishing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget. Works closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to manage resources, schedules and project deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform site measures to evaluate scope of work for estimation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with NWFA regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project outcomes.

Experience/Requirements:

• Must be Nantucket Based.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize requests as organizational needs shift.
• Must speak English.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Drug Free Work Environment - zero tolerance policy.
