Sales and Marketing Administrative Support - Osterville

Job Summary:
This part-time position provides support for both the Sales and Marketing teams by managing client communications, assisting with marketing initiatives, maintaining the showroom, and ensuring a seamless client experience from first contact to project follow-up. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environments.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Assist with social media content, marketing campaigns, and event coordination.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and scheduling: coordinating appointments and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate client information and assist with customer relationship management efforts.
  • Help prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentations as needed.
  • Support showroom operations by maintaining displays, organizing samples, and preparing for client visits.
  • Assist with showroom events and community outreach initiatives.
  • Provide general office and administrative support to other team members as needed.

Experience/Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks as needs shift.
  • Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
  • Professional, dependable and a collaborative team player.
  • Must speak English fluently.
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Drug Free Work Environment - zero tolerance policy

Base Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
