Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including the receipt of incoming deliveries, organization of outgoing shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean work environment. Carpentry skills or experience in basic woodworking or related trades are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process all incoming shipments
• Manage outgoing deliveries, ensuring staging accuracy, adherence to the delivery schedule, and clear customer communication
• Verify shipment contents against shipping documents
• Organize warehouse space to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
• Track inventory and document deliveries using project management systems
• Stage orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment safely
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Carpentry skills or experience in related trades a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
